Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician with a logical mindset and a knack for problem-solving?

Due to growth at one of our leading multi-site manufacturing partners, we are now on the hunt for suitably qualified Industrial Electricians.

Our client, is seeking skilled trade professionals to join either of their two Western suburbs based sites where the successful applicants will play key roles in maintaining and improving their manufacturing operations.

About - Industrial Electricians

• Ingleburn: 1 x Day Shift (6am–2pm)
• Wetherill Park: 1 x Day Shift (6am–2pm)
• Wetherill Park: 1 x Night Shift (10pm–6am)

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: Starting from $53–$57 per hour (depending on experience) + Super + Leave Loading (17.5%) + Penalty Overtime Rates
• Night Shift: Add 30% to Day Shift Rate

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial Experience: Hands-on experience with moving parts on heavy machinery.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Powerboard Knowledge: Experience working on powerboards.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A logical mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Industrial Background: Highly desirable to source electricians with experience within a commercial industrial environment (not just residential)

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Perform PLC programming, fault finding, and process optimization.
• Lead and coordinate projects, including new machinery installation and commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure world-class manufacturing standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
